Your First Visit
Brief Paperwork
Prior to meeting with the doctor, patients will fill out several brief intake forms. These forms provide the doctor with general information about the patient and the condition/s that brought the patient to All in Good Health.
To save time, new patients are recommended to download and fill out these forms prior to their first visit.
Consultation
Once the forms are completed, you will have a one-on-one consultation with the doctor to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, expectations as well as potential treatment options.
History and Examination
To obtain a precise understanding as to the nature of your problem, the doctor will ask you a variety of questions related to your specific condition as well as to your general overall health.
Next, a series of standardized diagnostic tests will be performed to discover the major factors preventing you from obtaining your optimal health.
Report of Findings
After all relevant information has been compiled from the history and examination, each patient will be informed of any and all significant findings. In addition, you will receive a detailed explanation of the importance of these findings and how they relate to your presenting illness.
It is at this point that the doctor will let you know if your condition is manageable through the natural therapies offered at All in Good Health, or if a medical referral is necessary.
If the doctor believes your condition is amenable to conservative treatment, you will than be given an individualized treatment plan. This will serve as a roadmap of what to expect during the course of your treatment and path to recovery.
Treatment
If the doctor believes your condition is amenable to conservative care, with your informed consent a brief session will be given either that same day, or during the following visit.
The treatment may consist of but is not limited to spinal manipulation, acupuncture (using either soft laser, teishin and/or needle stimulation), therapeutic modalities, nutritional protocols, self-treatment advice, as well as lifestyle and dietary recommendations.
Schedule Your Next Appointments
It is vital to the success of the treatment plan that you follow the schedule as recommended by the doctor. As appointment times fill up quickly, it is highly recommended that the patient schedule the next several visits at the time of their first visit, in order to insure a time.
With your cooperation, we will provide you with the fastest route to recovery possible.
